I have been organizing groups to go and snorkel with friendly wild Atlantic spotted dolphin (Stenella frontalis) and wild bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops truncatus) in the Bahamas since 1995. These trips are 6 night cruises on a spacious 100ft vessel, all inclusive of delicious healthy meals, snacks, soft drinks, even beer with dinner. Our captain is the one who discovered these dolphins were friendly, back in the late 70's. National Geographic, the Cousteau Society, the BBC, Animal Planet, and Discover Channel all use the same boat as we do. Not only do we have the most experience, we also offer the best price. We do not go on day boats or go to areas where day boats go. We like to have the dolphins to ourselves, so we go to the area with the most dolphins, the best visibility, and the highest probability in the world for swimming close up and interacting with wild dolphins. White Sand Ridge, on the Little Bahama Bank, North of Grand Bahama Island. Dolphin trips leave from and return to Florida, so you only need to fly to Florida, which is cheaper than flying directly to the Bahamas. We cruise to and from the Bahamas, which means we sometimes see whales on the crossing too.
Extras: I also organize adventures to swim with humpback whales, whale sharks, manta, manatee and to see the giant turtles nesting on Florida beaches.
